Litteral Mickey Mania

OH TOODLES!!!!
I got quite a few mickey related stuff recently for some reason, maybe I'm in the Yen Sid mood...
Anyways since I didn't make an update last week, I guess I'll make one for that today.
Last Week I got my first genesis box! yay....I guess. but yeah here's the game:

B.O.B.! Its actually a pretty awesome game about a robot alien guy who goes on his first date and crashes his dad's space car on a deserted planet so he has to go through and defeat baddies to get a new ride all before his date starts....
.....also if you haven't noticed the concept is pretty weird!
But yeah its basically a platformer shooter thingy, and it kinda sorta reminds me of Metroid...even though I never played Metroid games so what do I know....
Anyways...
I also TRIED to get a Mickey Mouse game, Mickey's Ultimate Challenge. However the game cartridge was too dirty to be used so oh well I guess...

Now THIS WEEK....
Today I got quite a bit more goodies, mostly of Mr. Rat Fink.
But First lets talk about something from one of my favorite video game characters ever...
Kirby's Dreamcourse. while by far definitely not the best kirby game, in fact probably one of his worst, its alright for a challenging golf-based spinoff of the pink puff. I basically got it because A)....Its kirby, and B) I notice that the Kirby Super nintendo games seem to be some of the rarer kirby games, and I had my eye on this for a while now.

Next up is our first Mickey game, Mickey Mania. I only played some of it as probable, but the first level as Steamboat Willie platformer? Sign me up.

Next is the awesomeness that is World of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. This game is probably my favorite of the 3 so far, and was expected hearing all the good things about it. Probably my biggest complaint is the sound being pretty choppy, but ya know its an early genesis game, so what can ya do. I do like the voice acting though.

And finally one last Mickey memorobilia, that is quite more recent. I have pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of Epic Mickey for the Nintendo Wii. If you don't know, the Collector's Edition comes with includes special packaging, special behind-the-scenes DVD disc, Mickey vinyl figure, a Wii Remote skin, and Wii console skins. That sounds pretty awesome. And the look pretty awesome too.
So yeah, That finishes up this blog for today. Hope you have enjoyed it.
